Data Deletion

You stay in control of every connection. You can revoke our access and delete your data at any time — from the console, from the platform you connected, or with one email. Here is exactly how.

Effective June 20, 2026

01

Your right to delete

You can delete your Intent On Demand data and revoke our access to any connected account at any time. There are three ways to do it: from inside the console, from the platform you connected (such as Facebook or Google), or by emailing us. Each is described below.

Deletion is final. We remove your account data, the audience data you brought, and the access tokens and cached platform data tied to your workspace, except for the limited records we are required to keep for legal, tax, or security reasons.

02

Delete from the console

Sign in at app.intentondemand.io and open Settings. From there you can disconnect any individual platform — which immediately revokes our stored token and stops further access — or request full deletion of your workspace, which removes your account, audiences, tokens, and cached data.

03

Remove Intent On Demand from Facebook or Instagram

You can revoke our access directly from Meta, which stops Intent On Demand from reading or acting on your Pages and ad accounts:

  • On Facebook: Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → select Intent On Demand → Remove.
  • In Meta Business Suite: Settings → Business assets / Connected apps → remove Intent On Demand’s access.
  • Removing the integration revokes the token we hold. To also delete the data we already stored, follow the console or email steps on this page.
04

Remove Intent On Demand from Google

To revoke our access to Google Ads, Search Console, or Analytics, open your Google Account → Security → Third-party apps & services, select Intent On Demand, and remove its access. As with Meta, this stops further access; use the console or email steps to delete stored data.

05

Request deletion by email

Email privacy@intentondemand.io from the address on your account and ask us to delete your data. Tell us your company name and which workspace or connections to remove (or “everything”). If you email from a different address, we may ask you to verify ownership before we delete anything.

06

What gets deleted

A deletion request removes:

  • Your account and profile data (name, work email, company).
  • The first-party audience and contact data you loaded or connected.
  • OAuth access tokens for every connected platform (Google, Meta, Microsoft, your CRM).
  • Cached platform data that powered your dashboards and proposals.
07

What we may retain

We may keep a limited set of records where the law requires it or where we need them to protect against fraud and security threats — for example, billing and tax records, and security or audit logs. These are kept only as long as required and are never used to run marketing on your behalf.

08

How quickly we act

Disconnecting a platform revokes its token immediately. Full deletion requests are processed promptly and completed within 30 days. We will confirm by email when your data has been deleted.
