Privacy Policy
1. Who we are
Intent On Demand is operated by OD Technologies LLC, a Sales On Demand company based in Las Vegas, Nevada ("we", "us"). This policy covers this website (intentondemand.io), the Intent On Demand portal (app.intentondemand.io), the Intent On Demand iOS and Android apps, and the data the service processes for our customers.
2. What Intent On Demand does
Intent On Demand helps businesses understand who visits their websites and who may be interested in what they sell. A customer adds our pixel to their website. When a visitor can be matched to a person or company, the portal shows the customer that match, the pages visited, and related business and contact information. Customers can also search intent topics and build audiences of people who match criteria they choose, including people researching those topics, send records to their own CRM or outreach tools, and show ads to those audiences.
3. Information we handle
Customer account data. Names, work emails, company names, and billing details for the people who use the portal. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we don't store full card numbers.
Website visitor data. On customer websites that use our pixel, we collect page views and related technical data (such as pages visited, referring source, campaign tags, and timestamps). We and our data partners use this to try to match the visit to a person or company.
Identity and audience data. Business and consumer profile data licensed from third-party data partners, such as name, job title, company, professional and personal email, phone number, general location, social profile links, and interest or intent categories. Do-not-call registry status is stored with phone numbers.
Usage data. Logs of how the portal is used, including which records are revealed, exported, or sent to other tools, kept for security and auditing.
This website. We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel to measure visits to intentondemand.io and our advertising, and our own pixel to identify visitors as described above.
iOS app. If you use our iOS app, we handle your sign-in email and account ID, and, only if you turn on notifications, your device's push token (see section 9). Your session is kept in your device's Keychain; the app doesn't store your password. The app contains no advertising, analytics or crash-reporting SDKs and doesn't track you across other companies' apps or websites.
4. How we use it
- To provide the service to our customers: identifying visitors, scoring intent, building audiences, and delivering records to the tools and ad platforms customers choose.
- To bill customers, enforce plan limits, and prevent abuse.
- To secure, maintain and improve the service.
- To communicate with customers about their accounts.
We don't sell customer account data. Each customer's workspace is isolated, and one customer cannot see another's visitors or lists.
5. Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the service: with our customers (for their own websites and audiences), with the tools a customer connects (such as their CRM), with Apple's push notification service when a user of our iOS app has turned on notifications, with advertising partners when a customer runs ads (email addresses are sent in hashed form), and with service providers for hosting, databases, background processing, email delivery and payments. We may also disclose data when the law requires it.
6. Customers' responsibilities
Customers who install the pixel are responsible for telling their visitors about it in their own privacy notice, for getting any consent their laws require, and for using contact data lawfully, including telemarketing, email and do-not-call rules.
7. Opting out if you're a website visitor
If you'd like us to stop identifying you and remove your profile from the service, email support@intentondemand.io with the email address and phone number you want removed. We'll add them to our suppression list so they aren't shown to customers going forward.
8. Deleting your data
Customers can cancel at any time. To delete a workspace and its data (visitors, audiences, contacts, integrations and settings), email support@intentondemand.io from the workspace owner's email address.
App users (iOS and Android) can delete their account in the app under Settings → Delete Account, or without the app by following the steps on our account deletion page. This permanently deletes your login and your membership in your company's workspace, along with any push tokens registered to it. It doesn't delete your company's workspace or its data, which belong to your business; the workspace owner can ask us to delete those as described above. We keep only what we must for legal, tax or security reasons.
Anyone can ask us to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about them by emailing the same address. We'll verify the request and answer within the time the law requires.
9. Our mobile apps
The Intent On Demand iOS and Android apps let people who already have an account see their workspace's summary, visitors and visitor details. Nothing is sold in the app.
- Sign-in: you sign in with the email and password of your Intent On Demand account. The session is stored in your device's Keychain (iOS) or in encrypted storage protected by the Android Keystore (Android).
- Push notifications (optional): if you allow notifications, we store your device's push token linked to your account and workspace, and send an alert when a visitor crosses your workspace's high-intent threshold. The alert shows the visitor's score and a short description of the visitor, and is delivered through Apple's push notification service (iOS) or Google's Firebase Cloud Messaging (Android). Turn alerts off at any time in your phone's notification settings for Intent On Demand; signing out of the app also removes this device's token.
- Viewing records: opening a visitor's details in the app can be recorded in your workspace's activity log, the same as in the portal.
- Deleting your account: Settings → Delete Account in the app, or our account deletion page (see section 8).
10. Security and retention
Data is encrypted in transit, access is limited by role, vendor credentials never reach the browser, and sensitive actions are logged. We keep data for as long as the customer's account is active or as needed to provide the service, then delete or de-identify it.
11. Children
The service is for businesses and isn't directed to children under 16.
12. SMS / Text Messaging
This section covers people who opt in to receive text messages from Intent On Demand itself, such as account, onboarding and support messages. It applies to the phone number and consent you give us when you opt in, not to the contact data in our customers' workspaces described above.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
13. Changes and contact
We'll post changes here and update the date above. Questions: support@intentondemand.io.
