Intent On DemandDelete your Intent On Demand account
In the app
Open More → Settings → Delete Account and confirm. Your account is deleted right away.
Without the app
Email support@intentondemand.io from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm the request came from you, delete the account, and reply when it's done, within 30 days.
What gets deleted
- Your login (email and password) and your profile name.
- Your membership in your company's workspace.
- Push notification tokens registered to your devices.
What is kept
Your company's workspace and its data (visitors, audiences, contacts, integrations and settings) belong to your business and aren't deleted with your login. The workspace owner can ask us to delete the whole workspace by emailing the same address. We keep only records we must keep for legal, tax or security reasons, for as long as the law requires.
