Common questions
No visitors showing up yet? Open Pixel Health in the portal. It shows whether events are arriving and how many visitors are being identified. The install guide there has the exact script for your site.
Audience preview shows 0 people? Open Audiences, remove a filter or try a broader intent topic, then preview again. Previews are free, so you can adjust as often as you like before you pull records.
Can't sign in? Use the email link on the sign-in page. Links expire, so request a new one if an old link fails.
Billing and plan changes are under Alerts & scoring in the portal (workspace owners). You can cancel anytime and your data is kept.
Ads: campaigns are reviewed by our team before launch. Reply to the email you received or write to support if a campaign is waiting.
